Hone your bike handling skills and stay off the cold windy roads with a mountain bike ride at Sherman Branch Park near Charlotte. Over 10-miles of nice fast singletrack. I can provide the car and room for three other riders. I plan on leaving Salisbury by 9:00. Email me or call my cell if you want to go.

I'm heading to the mountains this weekend to pull for my Mountaineers Friday night. It's the semi-finals...ESPN2 at 8:00PM
Saturday morning I'm thinking about a ride on the Parkway. Weather looks decent and it'll be a great change of scenery.
